I had a great experience with the service and quality of the food here with Pharaoh's Kitchen. The two chefs were super friendly/inviting and even offered me a refund if I didn't "LOVE" my food. That, to me, shows how confident they are in their food....and boy did I LOVE my Ta'ameyas (Falafel). The Falafels were cooked to perfection with the right amount of seasonings, the pickled turnips were the right amount of pickled and crunchy and to top it off the garlic, tahini and their hot sauce brought all these flavors together. Thank you guys for a great experience and great Egyptian food! I'll definitely be back.

I met the owner yesterday and he was so pleasant. I ordered a poutine and requested chicken on it as well as garlic sauce and tahini sauce. The food was hot when delivered, i walked home and enjoyed it. I will definitely be travelling there again. Thank you

Finally some amazing chicken on rice/the rocks downtown! Pharoahs specializes in Egyptian street sandwiches, which are delicious, but my go to here is the chicken on rice. Their chicken is seasoned nicely and goes well with the garlic sauce, tahini, hot sauce, and rice. You can tell the food quality here is definitely a step above most other shawarma style restaurants, and a couple degrees better than the ones that serve chicken on the rocks. Portions are good, reasonably priced, and they've been very consistent. Service is also very friendly and accomodating! Hopefully they get a brick and motor location soon so I can still order throughout the winter!

This review is long overdue. Never had Egyptian food before Pharoah's Kitchen. The owner answered all my questions and had a great attitude. The food was amazing, I got half the menu and I'll be back to get the other half.
